The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our customers. You will utilize your creativity, analytical skills, and marketing expertise to create compelling content and drive engagement with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and marketing initiatives.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience engagement data to continuously improve our social media campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and performance assessment.
- Engage with our online community to foster a positive brand image, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to optimize our social media presence.
- Conduct regular social media audits to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in social media management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts for engaging content.
- Experience with social media advertising, including strategy development and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar applications, is a plus.
